Introducing Superbox

A little tool to help you solve your biggest problems

19

TLDR: We built a little tool to help you solve your hardest problems called Superbox. It’s an implementation of the Zwicky Box concept invented by famous scientist Fritz Zwicky. Members have access to Superbox below.

Last week, Adam Keesling started working on a post about Zwicky Boxes. They’re the simple tool for thought that famous scientist Fritz Zwicky used to solve thorny problems in his scientific career.

They work by helping you search the entire space of possible solutions to a problem, so that you can pick the best one, not just the one that comes immediately to mind. You can read more about Zwicky Boxes here.

When Adam started writing the article, we began to look around for a tool (aside from pen and paper) that would help us put it into practice more easily. But we couldn’t find anything — at least not anything modern and easy to use.

We were about to throw our hands up in despair when Nathan Baschez came up with a solution: he would build one. So he spent all weekend on his laptop building Superbox. It’s beautiful, and we hope you love it.
