Do you have a photo of the packaging? In Europe it's 4g of sugar and only the barista edition has added canola oil. As someone how reads all the nutritional labels in the USA and is continuously appalled by the crop that is allowed for human consumption I am dumbfounded as to why you are picking on Oatly.

I know you're focusing on the marketing but 33% worse than milk (plus possible canola oil dangers) isn't that terrifying. Coke is the largest plastic polluter in the world and is one of the biggest causes of the obesity pandemic. Cigarettes cause 100 million premature deaths per year.

The article mainly focuses on Oatly, but can't this be applied to all oat drinks?

The dose makes the poison. A few tablespoons of barista oat milk is only background noise compared to human daily nutrition intake. It's not like sugar or canola oil in these small amounts are significantly bad for you.

I also prefer my coffee with something that doesn't involve calf sacrifice, or globe warming methane-intense animal farming in the manufacturing process.

Good information thanks for publishing it, I have known that taking Hemp Seed Oil https://buzzybeehealth.com/product/organic-hempsi-hemp-seed-oil-6-pack made in the USA. It can help lower cholesterol and moderate blood sugar, aid in body weight control and diabetes.
